Refund requests may be considered when resources have not been accessed or when advisory sessions have not commenced.
To initiate a review, email [email protected] with your name, organisation, resource or session details, and reason for the request.
Requests should be submitted within 10 business days of receiving access credentials or session confirmation.
We assess whether materials were accessed, whether preparatory work was completed, and any customisations already delivered.
Once digital resources are accessed or downloaded, requests are generally not eligible. We may consider partial adjustments when technical issues are documented.
For scheduled sessions, cancellations more than five business days in advance may qualify for rescheduling. Sessions with confirmed facilitators cannot be refunded once delivery preparations have commenced.
If you need to modify scope, we work with you to realign timelines and deliverables. Adjustments may incur additional planning time.
We acknowledge requests within two business days and provide status updates during the review process.
Once a decision is made, we share a confirmation outlining outcomes, next steps, or alternative solutions.
Force majeure events or circumstances beyond our control may require schedule adjustments. We will collaborate on mutually agreeable alternatives.
